The stable frame with a fully adjustable seat and handles was designed for a challenging workout, even at a professional level. The heavy (22 kg) flywheel provides smooth operation, so you won’t even notice you’re on a bike. On the easy-to-read control panel you can set your workout targets (distance, time, calories or average heart rate). Heart rate monitors are built into the comfortable foam handles. The machine uses this feature as an HRC program, which allows you to keep track of whether you’re in the optimal heart rate zone. There’s also a Recovery program, which uses heart rate tracking to provide information about your post-workout recovery. You can easily adjust the machine’s resistance using an adjustment knob, which also doubles as an emergency brake, which may come in handy should you ever find yourself in a situation when you’re so tired you can no longer pedal. Another great feature are the multifunctional handles that allow you to change grips during the workout.
